Remember first and foremost: Living in the present moment - I mean really living in the present moment, allows us to feel more peace and joy in our lives, and showing compassion is one way into the present moment.

We define ourselves every day with our thoughts, words and actions. EVERY night and morning try this prayer: Dear ____(God/Spirit/etc) let me be all i can be! Show me the path, open the doors and let me see the path clearly. I am so grateful for my life. Let me be all that I can be!!!!!!! So be it, so it is and so shall it continue to be!!!!
